About Us

eSATA didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in the middle of exhibition halls, conferences, last-minute calls, fresh print smells, and the kind of chaos that only people in events truly enjoy.

Our Story

We didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in the middle of exhibition halls, conferences, last-minute calls, fresh print smells, and the kind of chaos that only people in events truly enjoy. We’ve always loved the hustle and bustle of events, exhibitions, and seminars. Being engineers by training and curious by nature, we naturally gravitated toward technology-driven domains. That curiosity led us deeper into the electronics and industrial ecosystem, not just from marketing lens, but also through hands-on industry solutions and trading.

The Problem We Saw

Along the way, we noticed a familiar problem. Clients both Indian and international were dealing with too many vendors, too many follow-ups, and too many things going wrong at the same time. Everyone promised a lot. Very few actually executed.

That’s Where eSATA Fits In

We make things simpler, smoother, and more predictable. We handle the moving parts-events, marketing, media, printing. gifting, and operations–so our clients don’t have to. When we work with you, we don’t act like an external agency. We become part of your team–practical, flexible, and invested.

Beyond Business: YouthSpot

There’s also a side of eSATA that comes from a much eartier passion giving back. YouthSpot grew out of that belief, evolving into our work with NGOs and corporates on skill and entrepreneurship development. It’s not a checkbox activity for us, it’s something we genuinely care about.

Who We Work With

Today, we work across industries, domains, and geographies. Technology is a strong foundation, but we’re proud of every client we work with–because trust isn’t built by size or sector, it’s built by showing up and delivering.

Our Belief ls Simple:

“Trust and understanding can solve almost any problem.
Everything else is execution and execution is what we do best.”
